Spokane Fair

This is the theme for this years Fair. Start thinking about how we can decorated the tent to reflect this idea. If we win for having the booth with the best Fair theme tie-in we will get money off next years site rental.

The regular gate admission will be $10. We will have tickets available, purchased by the Spokane Area Council.

Patriot’s Day is free with military ID and Senior Day is free over age 65.

Plans for this years Fair are going perfectly. We are way ahead of schedule. This means an even larger group of new dancers in the fall.

1. We are confirmed for the same location at the Fair. The floor and tent are ready to go.

2. Salmon Barbecue is on track with Phillip & Stefanie Shryock taking the lead as Vice President of the WDA. There will be lesson flyers and drawing entry forms on all of the tables at the BBQ. This is a great advertising opportunity (and a really good meal).

3.

This will be our logo for the lesson schedules and flyers. The schedule will be finalized the end of June so that it can be published as an advertisement in the Spokane City Parks & Recreation Brochure and the Spokane Valley Parks & Recreation Brochure.

4. If you have an idea for a place to advertise please contact me. We will start intensive advertising toward the middle of July. That will be two months before lessons start. Advertising is a tricky business. You don’t want to start very early because most people are not thinking that far ahead, but you don’t want to leave it until the last minute.
