Corresponding Secretary 

These officers shall perform the duties prescribed by these bylaws and by the parliamentary authority 

The Corresponding secretary shall handle all correspondence, other than the minutes of meetings, as directed by the President.

Shall notify the Board and Committee members of all Council Board meetings, indicating time, date and place, at lest ten (10) days prior to the meeting date. All notifications to be in writing.

Shall notify all Club Delegates, Board and Committee members of all Council General and/or Special Meetings, indicating time, date, and place at least ten (10) days prior to the meeting date. All notifications to be in writing.

Read all correspondence received at the next meeting, Board or General.

Write and send correspondence as directed bye the President and/or the Board.

Coordinate with he Recording Secretary regarding the printing of mailing labels.

Shall perform all other duties devolving upon the office of Corresponding Secretary.
