From U.S. Highway 95:  From Highway 95 seven miles south of Sandpoint (and one half mile north of old style steel bridge), go west on Dufort Road 6.5 miles.  Turn left on Jewel Lake Road (gravel after first 100 feet).  Go 3 miles to Barn on left.

From Priest River:  Cross the Pend Oreille River on Merritt Bridge.  Just south of the bridge, turn left onto Dufort Road.  Go east on Dufort Road 8.8 miles.  Turn right onto Jewel Lake Road (gravel).  Go 3 miles to Barn on right.

Note:  Jewel Lake Road is a gravel LOOP off of the south side of Dufort Road.  Jewel Lake Road is 6 miles long and the entrances to Dufort Road are 2 miles apart.  

Directions to the Hickey Farms:

From Sandpoint:  Take Highway 200 east, toward Hope, ID for 5.7 miles.  Turn left on to Hickey Road and follow the signs for parking.  You will make a 90* turn to the left then a 90* turn to the right, the parking will be a short distance on your left. The parking area is .5 mile from the turn off of highway 200. 

From South of Sandpoint; Take the bypass at the north end of the Long Bridge. Make a right exit toward Hope (that is highway 200). It will be 7.7 miles from the beginning of the bypass to Hickey Rd.  Make a left turn on to Hickey Road.  You will make a 90* turn to the left then a 90* turn to the right, the parking will be a short distance on your left. The parking area is .5 mile from the turn off of highway 200.

From U.S. Highway 95:  From Highway 95 seven miles south of Sandpoint (and one half mile north of old style steel bridge), go west on Dufort Road 9.3 miles.  Turn left onto Vay Road.  Go south on Vay Road 1.9 miles.  Turn left onto Bandy Road (gravel) and cross railroad tracks.  This is the first left turn on Vay Road.  Edgemere Grange is a log building two miles on the left.

From Spirit Lake:  Go north on Highway 41 one mile.  Turn right onto Spirit Lake Road.  Go 9 miles.  Turn right just after church onto gravel road.  Go 1 3/4 mile.  Turn left onto Bandy Road.  Grange is one half mile on right. 

Directions to the Athol Community Center

20 miles north of Coeur d Alene on Hwy 95.   Exit 449 (Farragut State Park, Athol) turn left go under Hwy. 95 toward Athol.  It will be ˝ mile on your left.  The Athol Library is on the corner of 3rd and Hwy 54 the community center/city hall building is behind it on 3rd.   

22 miles south of Sandpoint take exit 449, turn right toward Athol.  ˝ mile on your left.

If you drive Hwy 41 north turn right on Hwy 54 right by the Timberlake High School.  If you are heading south on 41 turn left on 54 toward Athol. The Community Center will be on the right when you get to Athol. About 7 miles from Spirit Lake, Idaho.

If you have a self- contained motorhome you want to bring to stay in, there will be parking at the center.  Someone will be at the Community Center by 1:00 PM on Friday April 15 to direct you.


       Please drive slowly on gravel roads in dry weather to avoid      
   making a dust wake!  Enjoy the scenery.  This is beautiful country.
