HALL OF FAME
1. The Hall of Fame Committee would do the tabulating and selection and, if there is a tie, more than one (1) may be selected. 2. All unsuccessful candidates' information should be returned to the submitter for future years. (1/12/86) 3. The Committee, or their designate, will present the award. (1/12/86) 4. The recipient of the honor shall have their name engraved on the plaque and their picture displayed in a location at the Western Dance Center. (1/12/86) 5. Nominations submitted should include those individuals who have been actively involved in their clubs, Spokane Area Council, Western Dance Association, North Spokane Dance Association and Washington State Federation and have danced at least ten (10) years. (1/12/86) 6. Resumes should be as specific as possible including dates, offices and committees, names of clubs and any pertinent information. (1/12/86) 7. Past recipients of the award shall be called upon to act as an advisory committee. The Hall of Fame Committee shall be responsible for purchasing the trophy suggest from B & E Trophy Company with engraving (Spokane Hall of Fame, 20??" and recipients name, as well as the plaque, and the pictures taken in a timely manner. (1/12/86) The Council will pay for the recipient's portraie, an 8 X 10 Photo, plus two 3-1/2 X 5 pictures, one for the State scapbook and one for the Council scrapbook. (The Hall of Fame pictures are to be in black and white for the newspsper and color for the Western Dance Center and North Spokane Dance Hall boards (6/10/89) (February 1997) 8. Hall of Fame Committee wants to remain anonymous, except for the President. Resumes should be sent to the Council President by May 1st.
